The MBK Bangkok Mall is one of the most iconic malls in Bangkok, known for its tech and gaming stores. We share the best shops, cafes, and restaurants in MBK; one of our favorite malls in the city.
There are plenty of shopping malls in Bangkok to explore, from the picturesque ICON Siam, the residential Mega Bangna and quirky Terminal 21. However, MBK in Bangkok is one of Calum’s favorite!
It has plenty of tech stores that you have to be careful with buying from (not all items are 100% real!) BUT Bangkok MBK is also home to one of our favorite gaming stores, full of retro games and consoles.
There is also a fun arcade on the top floor of the mall, some quirky Bangkok cafes located here and they even have an area full of retro arcade games, including MARIO!

How to Get to MBK Center
MBK Center is conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok, making it easily accessible by various modes of transportation.
BTS Skytrain: The most convenient way to reach MBK Center is by taking the BTS Skytrain. The mall is connected to the National Stadium Station (W1) on the Silom Line. From the station, there is a direct walkway leading to the mall’s second floor.
MRT Subway: If you’re traveling on the MRT, you can transfer to the BTS at the Silom or Sukhumvit stations and continue your journey to the National Stadium Station.
Bus: Several bus routes pass by MBK Center, including routes 15, 16, 47, 73, 79, and 204. The bus stop is located near the mall’s main entrance, making it a convenient option for those traveling by road.

There are some affordable, decent hotels near MBK shopping mall, all offering easy access to the mall. These are also great hotels because of their location; the nearby BTS and MRT stations, means you can get around Bangkok with ease.
Pathumwan Princess Hotel: This is luxury hotel offering spacious rooms with modern amenities, an outdoor pool, multiple dining options, a fitness center, and a spa.Located opposite MBK, the hotel offers direct access to MBK and is the nearest hotel to MBK too.
